Your information

Clear about
your information.

How this website handles the details you share when you contact TRACEFORCE GLOBAL or submit a case.

Privacy Notice

Information shared with TRACEFORCE GLOBAL.

This notice describes the case and contact forms on this website. Last updated: 14 October 2026.

Submitted case details and contact messages are stored for review by authorized staff. A successful case submission displays a reference after the information has been saved. Submission does not by itself establish an engagement or confirm that an investigation has begun.

01 / Case information

Information you provide.

Case information may include your name, contact details, country, suspected fraud type, approximate dates, amount and currency, description, parties involved, previous recovery attempts, supporting evidence, additional information, and declarations. The contact form collects your name, email, subject, and message.

Provide only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, passwords, authentication codes, or complete payment-card details.

02 / Use and protection

Case review and administration.

Information is used to record your enquiry, organize the available evidence, assess the case, and manage follow-up. Access to case details, messages, and supporting documents is restricted to authorized case reviewers.

Supporting files are held in the private application database, rather than published as public download links. Files remain quarantined until the configured malware checks have accepted them. An accepted upload does not establish that a document is authentic.

03 / Technical information

Sessions and request records.

This website uses a session cookie for form security and administrator sign-in. Rate-limit records help protect submission forms from misuse, and administrator actions are recorded in an activity log. No advertising or marketing analytics integration is included.

The contact page loads its third-party map only when you choose to view it. Loading that map makes a request to the map provider. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information according to its own practices.

04 / Your choices

Questions, correction, and deletion.

Use the contact page to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction, or raise a deletion request. Include your case reference if available, and avoid sending further sensitive documents unless they are needed.

The site operator is responsible for establishing the applicable retention schedule, legal basis, and verified contact details before accepting live case information. The case-management application does not automatically delete records on a fixed schedule.
